Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or playing Empira ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Fahad Khan LLC ("we", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

In-App Purchases

• The app offers optional in-app purchases including tier unlocks, an ad-removal upgrade, and a lifetime bundle.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Pricing is displayed in your local currency before you confirm.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• You may restore previously purchased items on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using the Restore Purchases button in Settings.

Advertising

The free version of the app displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. You may remove all ads by purchasing the ad-removal or lifetime bundle in-app purchase. Ad content is determined by Google and is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the app
• Exploit the app or any of its content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass in-app purchase verification or unlock paid content without purchase

Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including but not limited to graphics, audio, level designs, and code — is owned by Fahad Khan LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Empira name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of Fahad Khan LLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fahad Khan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.

Game Progress

Game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backup at this time. Uninstalling the app or resetting your device may result in permanent loss of progress. We are not responsible for lost progress under any circumstances.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
